Project Implementation Organization
An implementation organization has been established to lead the development of all aspects of Sidra Medical and Research Center. This organization is comprised of an Executive Committee and a Sidra Project Team.
Sidra's Executive Committee is responsible for providing leadership to and oversight of the Project Team. The Committee is comprised of senior officials in Doha and the US, many of whom also serve on the Sidra Board of Governors.

Sidra's Project Team is responsible for implementation of the project and is led by Daniel J. Bergin, Executive Project Director. It includes the following departments:
